DELIVERY & RETURNS

POSTAL PACKAGING

  • Your items will be wrapped in paper and submerged into biodegradable peanuts in a cardboard box and sealed with paper tape. Whenever possible postal packaging is reused.

SHIPPING

  • Currently shipping to a limited number of countries. To confirm whether delivery is possible to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for shipping selection.

  • Please make sure you know the import taxes and duty fees from your home country as these are paid by you. If upon arrival the parcel is not picked up and sent back to Kira Ni Ceramics then if the parcel arrives undamaged, the order will be refunded excluding the original and return shipping fee. But if the parcel is lost in transit or returns broken, we won’t be able to offer any refund.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • All orders are typically despatched within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email kira.ni.ceramics@gmail.com

  • Unused and unopened products still in the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery, please email kira.ni.ceramics@gmail.com for further details on how to return your product. Returns must include the order number found on the original sales invoice, this will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase.

  • Refund/exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to a review of the returned product. You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

RECEIVING DAMAGED ITEM

  • We do our best to minimize the risk of damage during the transport of our ceramics to your home. In the unlucky case that you still receive a damaged item, please inform us within two calendar days by sending us an email to kira.ni.ceramics@gmail.com with a picture attached. This allows us to find a solution with our insurer.

SENDING YOUR ORDER AS A GIFT

  • Please leave a note at the checkout if you would like a gift message. You can add an “open date” to the parcel if it’s for a special occasion. Receipts are always sent to the customer by email.
